Her works are part of public and private collections (from the Macro Museum of Rome, to the Charles Donwai Foundation for Contemporary Art in Abidjan).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7241&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<strong>Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, Ravenna, Italy, first half of 5th century AD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The story of an early Christian cross-shaped funeral monument is linked to the empress Galla Placidia, daughter of Theodosius, regent of the Western Roman Empire who commissioned it for her son Valentinian III.<br \/>\n<strong>The Mausoleum was included in the list of Italian heritage sites of humanity by UNESCO in 1996.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, DZE project, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DZ Engineering has designed and built the internal lighting system of the Mausoleum<strong>, a UNESCO heritage site<\/strong>, commissioned by the Archdiocese of Ravenna and Cervia.<br \/>\nThe intent was to enhance the mosaics of the dome, of the central lunettes, of the barrel vaults and of the lateral lunettes to allow a suitable material, constructive and artistic analysis, through the installation of <strong>the patented Digilux\u00ae VM 3000 proprietary management system<\/strong> (which modifies and optimizes the lighting levels according to the changing daylight).[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Jewish Synagogue, Pisa, Italy, 1647<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The building, purchased in 1647 and first restored in 1785, was completely renovated in the 1860s. Although the works were begun in the period of the emancipation of the Jews, the Pisan Synagogue has strongly maintained the conventional Jewish prerogatives of modesty and sobriety, without clearly distancing itself from the urban context. The traditional location of the upstairs hall of worship has also been respected on the interior, which is accessed by a large and elegant staircase, which has replaced the seventeenth-century staircase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jewish synagogue, DZE project, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DZ Enginering carried out a lighting intervention to enhance the interior of the newly restored Synagogue and to improve the lighting during religious functions.
